I create new products and guide them through design, testing, and release. I work in Solidworks for design and FEA, and work with manufacturers foreign and domestic to create the parts. I work closely with our in-house certification testing to ensure that products meet all applicable UL and BHMA standards.I also manage our engineering 3D printers, handling DfAM questions, maintenance, and keeping tabs on the industry to make sure we have the best possible solutions.
