There is no greater success than helping others succeed. I created Creative Brand Co. to help businesses and organizations that are considering redesigning or launching a new website and/or need website management training.

As Creative Lead, I was tasked with leading a team of 3 on all design efforts at Maine Information Network, Maine.gov, NIC, Inc. Some of my daily tasks included:• Present, teach and lecture on interface design, usability, accessibility, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and responsive design practices to over 450 Maine state webmasters.• Creative lead on aesthetic and technological direction of Maine.gov, state agency websites, and web applications.• Present and speak at conferences and workshops• Ensure that websites and web applications are cross browser, cross device tested and compliant and meet the WC3, 508 and the State of Maine accessibility policy standards.

• Oversee the design of online applications from wireframes (using Keynote) to fully functioning prototypes (using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3 and JQuery) and website design and production.• Examples of past web applications include: • • a custom online campground reservation system (campwithme.com) which included over 240 prototype pages • • Maine state e-commerce tool • • native mobile application using JQTouch and PhoneGap • • health benefits system (maine.gov/mymaineconnection). • Examples of past websites projects include the design and production of: • • Maine.gov state agency websites with 100 to 7000 pages (maine.gov/dacf/, maine.gov/ifw/) • • University websites (maine.edu) • • Career services website (mainecareercenter.com)• Other website tasks include overseeing the redesign of the state portal, Maine.gov on an annual basis• Creating print and marketing materials for business and government use• Conference booth design• Research and development on the use of Parallax scrolling, CSS3 animation using transitions and JQuery, SVG transitions, Icon font creation, typography, branding and logo development.

Managed a team of 10 project managers, developers, and designers in producing cutting edge software with unique branding and design. Standard I/O - a Microsoft Solutions Provider partner providing .NET web and desktop software.

Managed website projects from proposal to completion. Involved in company administration including; invoice and estimate creation, billing, sales and proposal writing. Functioned as part of the design team in website development.

Responsibilities included master control, audio tech and studio cam.
