I am an inquisitive and dynamic problem solver for today’s complicated technology needs. My first interest in technology came about while working on data reduction in a wet lab. I took a time-consuming activity and created a parameter-driven program to ensure accuracy, increased productivity, and maximized my billable time. From that point on I was hooked and never stopped learning how technology can be used effectively. I have had the privilege to devise several solutions for various institutions for establishing enterprise-scale results that support the goals of the organization. Specifically, I was most proud of an international implementation completed for a global software company to meet their accelerated growth. This required a long-range plan while meeting short-term needs for developing markets. Another highlight of my career was the time spent creating a highly functional data and analytics team that supported major university reporting and integration efforts. Lastly, the time spent leading an institution to meet the technology challenges of COVID19 under an extreme deadline required completing a multi-year infrastructure and software deployment schedule in months. While the technology is a key component, the people I have worked with are at the core of what truly drives me. I believe in creating diverse teams that can draw upon the widest range of experiences and leverage those to deliver the most effective solutions while building a unique culture.
