- Responsible for delivery of all product modifications in the Turbine sub-system for gas turbine engines for military, corporate, and regional customers.- Primary responsibilities include defining requirements, ensuring clear scope definition, identify and prioritize adequate resource, and facilitate risk management to enable on time delivery of important hardware modifications for our customers.

- Manage a cross functional team to design, validate, and deliver ceramic matrix composite turbine components for engines to demonstrate the next generation of large civil aerospace gas turbines.- Manage scope, budget, and schedule of multi-year design projects- Create and update resource profile estimates- Implement program Risk Management plan to identify, assess, and treat technical and program risks- Monitor project execution through Earned Value Management techniques- Ensure gate design review and change management procedures are followed
