Senior Systems Specialist
UXC Eclipse is a key business unit of the UXC Group, the largest Australian owned IT company operating in Australia. UXC Eclipse provides software solutions in the ERP and CRM sphere. My roles revolved mainly around UXC Eclipse’s ERP Financials software product, e5. My initial role was in application development, designing and implementing enhancements and interfaces to the e5 application. My role later evolved to include technical support, installing, configuring and administering the e5 technical environment, including software releases, databases, operating systems, interfaces and related software. I was also responsible for e5 upgrades, involving database upgrades and data ETL processing. During this time I have had many consulting assignments in client facing roles. I have been involved in projects for most of UXC Eclipse’s major clients including Telstra, QANTAS, Air New Zealand, IOOF, Dept of Finance.
