Led EMEIA SD team of 6 direct reports and between 10 - 20 contractors (onshore and offshore).Team were responsible for being involved in all SAP ECC / CRM projects impacting EMEIA and the SD module. This covered approximately 25 projects in FY14, ranging in budget from $100k to $1.5m.Project manager for multiple projects including two projects for Apple's expansion into Russia. Overall IS&T lead for the creation of the initial Russian company and subsequently the SAP lead for the establishment of the Apple Online Store (store.apple.com/ru).

Worked for multiple blue chip clients including Corus, Diageo, EdF Energy, ICI and Shell on SAP projects.Progressed from Analyst to Manager (M2). My initial roles were as SD analyst and I progressed to SD / Logistics Team Lead to Project Manager. In my final project (Shell) I led a team of 15 offshore and 3 on-shore consultants to design, build and test the next release of SAP CRM functionality. Responsible for project cost management for release with a total budget of $3M.
