Hello!My experience in IT started in the late 90's when my manager decided my talents were being wasted in the mailroom, and had me start shadowing the system administrator for the 3 systems we had in our office. Since then I've worked on systems like Rumba, INfinity, CyberSure, Benefit Point, culminating in my becoming the National Lead Support person for Salesforce.com at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. As such, I was the main support point of contact for all of WFIS, Inc. while also working on a team that supported numerous other agency management systems as well. My daily activities included user provisioning, building reports, dashboards, list views, email templates and campaigns, as well as fielding questions about Salesforce, Salesforce for Outlook, and all the other applications our team supported. I also worked with the Salesforce App Management team to resolve any issues with the application.Exceptional customer service skills, creative problem solving, and strong, clear documentation skills are some of my best attributes.
