• As the PM of facility projects for the turnaround (TA), I worked with 6 facility engineers who did the EPC of 33 projects. Over 15,000 construction hours of pre-TA work, plus 1 month of 250 people on site per day.
• Safety for all work (pre TA, during TA, and post TA) was of utmost importance. PSIs were given during field visits, site specific safety contractor was selected with the help of supply chain, and all ConocoPhillips.
• The total AFE of $17MM came in 4% under budget, and was 4 days ahead of schedule saving $1MM in volumes. In contrast, the previous TA in 2013 by others was 100% more in cost and downtime.
• I ensured scope freeze dates prior to the TA were honored by operations, and insisted that all construction work that could possibly be completed prior to TA was completed.
• During this time I was part of a Well Standardization team using LEAN principles to simplify well site designs for unconventional wells and reduce costs. I held the team accountable to milestones, and measured the.

• I helped to identify and execute capital and expense projects at the Deep Basin Elmworth plant which has a 450 MMscfd capacity. I worked closely with operators at the plant and field.
• Projects included a waste heat exchanger installation off the deep cut jet turbine exhaust, which successfully saved 2 MMscfd of fuel gas by shutting in two heat medium boilers. This resulted in a provincial credit of.
