I am a partner in RSM's Southern Corporate Finance Team. The team is one of the largest in the region with both dedicated M&A and Transaction Support Services. I am based in the Bristol office with a large team of M&A specialists, covering the geography from Reading/ Basingstoke down through the South West and South Wales, via our general practice offices.I am an M&A Partner with a focus on company disposals, management buyouts and private equity fund raisings in the mid market (£10m - £100m). Working across all sectors but with particular experience in food and drink, consumer brands, media, logistics, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and business services. Examples of recent deals which I have advised upon include the sale of Create Flavours to Nactarome, the sale of Bristol uniforms to MSA Safety and the disposal of SelectScience to its management team, backed by Vespa Capital.
