During my technology career, I have been working on 1st and 2nd line support, dealing with customers providing a customer service that people want and deserve from a professional technical support company.This has been the advantage of working with a smaller IT firm I have been given the opportunity to really spread my wings and get a very broad experience of the whole ecosystem of the support desk. When starting my IT Career I have enrolled on a self-funded IT training course this helped me obtain industry recognise certifications, I currently hold.CompTIA A+ 220-801, CompTIA A+ 220-802MCTS Windows 7 Exam 680: TS: Windows 7, ConfiguringMCTS Windows Server 2008 Configuring of Active Directory.I am currently completing my CCNA. Aiming to be completed by first half of 2019Before dabbling into the world of IT, I was working for 15 years, on an editorial desk, this includes maintaining and organising a busy desk on a daily newspaper that works to very tight deadlines, dealing with very demanding people and clients in a calm professional manner, cultivating a good communication skill.Specialties:Excellent Computer Literacy on MAC/PC and Unix, excellent knowledge in Internet transport protocols ( FTP, https, WebDAV, peer to peer, Tor ) Active Directory, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti Edge Routers and Unifi AP's. OpenVPN/ IPsec, Netgear and HP switches Imaging software such as Photoshop-CS, Methode, CHP and Media Mogul.
