Ian Woodman is a Post Falls, Idaho, businessman with a diverse range of professional interests and experience. During this time, a chance opportunity led to specialized tax training in Los Angeles and Ian Woodman realized he was destined to serve those in trouble with the IRS.Through a mutual acquaintance, Ian Woodman met his current partner, Byron Pedersen. Together, these two like-minded individuals have transitioned Instant Tax Solutions from a two person home-based business to a nationally respected tax debt resolution agency. Today, Ian Woodman manages the firm that has grown to accommodate nearly 4,000 clients and 40+ employees.
