- Drafted, facilitated, and implemented required deliverables and activities related to GPRAMA and its requirements. This included facilitating high-level meetings with senior departmental and OMB leadership, creating and maintaining key DOT deliverables, and using performance data to help improve policy, program creation, and implementation. - Served as the team lead for developing a new centralized performance data platform. This involved regularly interfacing with contractor staff, working across the department to further data integration, and strategizing to ensure a sustainable buildout of the platform.- Worked to actively integrate performance reporting as a tool for budgetary decisions. This included assisting with the development of the first joint performance-budget guidance released in May of 2023.- Co-founder and Co-Chair of the USDOT Performance Data Managment Council working group alongside the USDOT Chief Data Officer and OST-B’s Data lead. The council was created to develop a format to begin working to standardize the performance work being done across the department and provide easier access to key data.- Served as primary analyst for matters related to FAA, FRA, MARAD, and Climate related topics. This required developing good working relationships across the OA’s and regularly attending key meetings related to a variety of subjects. Additionally, served as primary office representative for DOT Climate Change Center meetings and FAA/FRA/MARAD BIL Implementation meetings.
