With 40 years of global supply chain (SC) experience, I've been involved in all aspects of operations and logistics management, working across diverse industry sectors with leading businesses, logistics companies, consulting firms, and many Fortune 500 companies. More than half of this time was spent in senior level roles leading SC-related functions.I have a deep understanding of logistics, enabling my ability to lead and transform organizations and operations in the function, end-to-end, locally or globally. During my career, I've frequently been a contributor to innovation and success in dynamic organizations. Throughout, I've focused on the delivery of measurable [financial and operational] results to businesses through the effective performance of their supply chains.I've held overall responsibility for the oversight of SC operations in excess of $300Million annual spend and partnerships worth over $500Million. Over time, I've driven over 100 major global and domestic network design and optimization projects, in aggregate producing well in excess of $1Billion in direct benefits.Beyond the commercial aspects of SC work, I'm determined to increase my understanding and participation in the broader benefits logistics can bring to the community; for example, working on optimal logistics and SC solutions for humanitarian and disaster relief work.
