Experienced in all areas of operational and strategic educational leadership, including the transformation of a training provider to a specialist, Ofsted registered, post-16 provision.

Key responsibilities;• Managing a team of Support Co-ordinators and advising approx. 100 staff members • Quality assurance across the programmes, including Staff observations, monitoring and appraisals• Devise and structure the companies training model• Designing, overseeing and monitoring the Skills for Life content on the companies VLE• Monitoring test results and quality of entries for whole company• Chairing the equality & diversity forum and implementing changes company wide• Developing new resources for staff and learners• Collect, collate and present statistics at management meetings• Plan, coordinate and deliver ongoing staff training• Find trends and patterns in data and work with regional managers implement solutions• Deliver individual and group teaching sessions on Maths, English and ICT to level 2• Instrumental in the transitioning from Key to Functional Skills qualifications

Key responsibilities;• Managing the training programmes of over 100 trainees working towards NVQ Early Years Childcare & Education and Moving into Management Qualifications• Tracking and monitoring the trainee and tutors progress to ensure that individual targets are achieved• Ensuring Individual Learning Plans meet with current LSC funding legislation and guidelines• Carrying out quarterly progress reviews to discuss and document learning and tailor programmes to meet individual needs for each trainee• Identify additional learning needs to create, implement and monitor individual support programmes
