Responsible for managing Construction Project Coordinators by delegating the administrative tasks associated with a pipeline of solar construction projects from inception through closeout. Playing a key role in developing and improving efficient processes as the Nexamp footprint grows.- Management: Manages deliverables related to Engineering Procurement and Construction Contracts and Project Agreement contracts with subcontractors, including quality check reviews of contracts and associated purchase orders created by the Construction Coordinators. Tracks and follows up on outstanding items which may include change orders, missing contract items, updated schedules, etc.- Contract Administration: Compiles and reviews project agreement contracts and Engineering, Procurement & Construction contracts reviewed by several high-level stakeholders, driving the process through final execution.- Organization: Organizes the administrative workload and communicate effectively contributing to the team's overall success. Coordinates with the Construction Program Managers on obtaining all the deliverables required for project funding and closeout to achieve tax equity goals. Provides guidance and insight on Nexamp processes with suggestions for implementation and improvement.- Attention to Detail: Processes and issues purchase orders based on proposals received from across Nexamp. Participate in reviewing the on-boarding qualifications of new contractors and proactively engage with vendors in obtaining compliant insurance certificates. - Communication: Coordinates and leads meetings to track deliverables from stakeholders across Nexamp's departments. Supports the regional based Deployment teams, including project managers, assistant project managers, contractors, designers, and the leadership team to manage expectations and adjust priorities.
