Hi, thanks for taking the time to review my profile.I'm a software developer with several years of experience in different programming languages and industries. I've been a specialist in the past and more of a generalist nowadays; this has led me to develop the ability to switch from different contexts permanently and learn quickly and that is something that has proved to be useful within product setups that need gain knowledge to either evolve or pivot.I am a person that can lead and work in teams but I'd say even more important grow teams and support teammates to develop their potential. Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences are also capabilities that I add to teams; I’ve had the opportunity to work with many people from many different countries and professional backgrounds which has taught me the richness that lies in diversity of opinions, approaches to problems and empathy for various perspectives in the same table.These are skills and traits I’ve learned over the years and I hope to keep applying them as close to the code as possible.
