Patient care in the form of daily needs like bathing, physical therapy, feeding, and helping relieve pressures on wounds. Additionally, under the direction of the nursing staff, I assisted in wound care, catheter installation and extraction, minor procedures and adiminstration of medications. A lot of customer care is invalid both with you patients and their families and the internal staff.

I was the manager of employee training and development and EMS liaison at Lynch Ambulance. We provided emergency and non-emergency patient transport 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. My duties included developing training, recruiting, case management best practices, and developing our employee and public relations through speaking to EMS students and participation in local task forces, sub-committees, and disaster response drills. Additionally I served as the primary point of contact to EMS agencies county, state and nationwide. Prior to this position I was a Crew Supervisor managing daily operations and development of EMTs on ambulances. Before that I was an EMT for the company.

I was in charge of fulfillment and logistics regarding the creation and distribution of training DVDs required by the government for peace officers on subjects as far ranging as Hate Crime, SIDS, Domestic Terrorism and Basic Training. I controlled inventory, asset management, and communication with subject matter experts. In my short time there I developed legitimate inventory and stock systems, streamlined distribution systems, and strengthened client relations. I also worked in the production of video content in the field, directly interacting with technical professionals and experts in the fields of our content.

Managed PM operations for California Overnight, now called OnTrac. They are an overnight shipping company competing directly with UPS and FedEx for overnight parcel pick up and delivery service. We picked up and delivered over seven thousand packages, letters, and heavyweight shipments in the greater San Diego area every day. My responsibilities included but were not limited to the supervision of an office staff of 10, 75 pick up and delivery drivers, and 20 inside labor employees. We were challenged with the accurate and on-time accommodation of the customers we served and insuring the safe and punctual travel of their shipments from facility to facility within our structure of operations. I had great success in improving their level of service, their customer relations, and their systems of employee accountability.

I, solely, was charged with the development, growth and maintenance of San Diego Council, a unit of the international order of BBYO. BBYO is a youth organization rooted in leadership training and social activity that gives teenagers the opportunity to take charge of their international organization, programming, recruitment, and development. My primary role was in community outreach and relations in addition to the training of advisers and participants in the program. I was responsible for 6 chapters, 90 members, 7 advisers, and 100 engaged participants in the county of San Diego. We were able to resurrect the program in San Diego during my time there building the membership and community support improvement. As a result the program continues to flourish today.

I was charged with developing and facilitating educational, social, and fitness programming for the teen and tween population of our membership and engaged population. I created curriculum, recruited and maintained volunteer staff, served as continuing education and community service liaison, and hosted spring, winter, and summer break day care programs. My duties included, budget writing, grant and varying donation solicitation, public relations and group presentations. A myriad of responsibilities were undertaken and great engagement success was achieved.
