It was at the beginning of the year 2015 that I found the reason to wake up happy every morning!Working in the HR area was perhaps the best thing that could have happened to me, so I decided I would be "probably" the best in the world in what I really fell in love with!I finished the Human Resources Management course at ISCTE in June 2020, which I strongly believe that gave me all the know-how necessary to combine the vocation to the professionalism that I feel this area specifically needs!I believe that the HR "H" is, in fact, what more and more people miss, the human part of the "thing" is too important to be treated only as something, as an asset or as a number!My goal is to leave a mark on this field!
