I was also responsible for setting up the entire physical ticketing infrastructure (Eventbrite company equipment) to help run both the Box Office and hospitality desk during the Festival. In addition, I maintained the website to ensure the smooth running of the ticketing operation. Using Microsoft Excel to organise events, we created spreadsheets of ticket sales and coordinated event preparation with colleagues. The course was a great experience and solidified in my mind that I wanted to seek a career in media production.
