I am currently a Global IT Manager at Carestream, responsible for overseeing Customer-Facing Applications built on the Sitecore platform as well as other custom implementations. Additionally, I manage the major regulatory platform, MasterControl, within the organization. In my multifaceted role as Service Owner (SO) and Solution Design Owner (SDO), I work directly with business stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate these into actionable projects and enhancements with IT vendors.My responsibilities include:- Collaborating closely with business units to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.- Engaging with IT vendors to discuss solutions, obtain estimates and timelines, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of projects.- Acting as a liaison between business units and IT vendors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.- Managing Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) vendor teams that support our web-based applications.In my previous role at Ness Digital Engineering, I served as a Technical Lead, where I was responsible for designing and delivering robust technical solutions that addressed clients' business requirements. Our web applications garnered significant attention and played a critical role in the successful launch of numerous projects, fostering a strong sense of accomplishment and excitement within our team.My career journey has afforded me the privilege of working with esteemed clients such as BMW, AUDI, ENOC, Essity (SCA), UTICA, Carestream, and DeBeers. This experience spans across renowned IT firms including LTI, Ness, Capgemini, and Here Maps, contributing to my rich and diverse professional background.I hold a B.Sc in IT from Mumbai University and a PGDM in IT from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
