As a Marketing and Promotions Officer I hold a vital role in supporting the library's business brand and enhancing its online presence. One of my primary duties is designing various documents, brochures, newsletters, media releases, and other resources and materials that showcase the library's offerings. In addition to creating promotional materials, I play a crucial role in developing and supporting marketing campaigns for all branches of the library service. By providing design services and producing resources tailored to each campaign, I contribute to their success and help generate interest and engagement among library patrons.I also take charge of managing design projects that may be outsourced. I ensure seamless collaboration with external vendors or contractors, effectively communicating project requirements and overseeing the entire process.I am responsible for maintaining and optimizing the library's website. I meticulously review the website's content to ensure it is concise, accurate, and up to date.
