Led the Software Product Management team, driving the product roadmap and strategy, along with the pre-sales approach and collateral.

Supported deals and bid processes for major retail and FS clients, while architecting diverse, high value client solutions and managing CxO level client relationships.

Transformed consultancy style and methods of numero's client facing Professional Services department around a new agile customer-centric delivery model. Governed complex client delivery programmes, managing CxO level relationships and delivering cost-base improvements of up to 50%.

Built a new software delivery function to transform Carole Nash into an online brand, generating £2.5m revenue and 50k new account holders in year 1, with online taking 50% of all sales by year 2.Created an enterprise architecture that enabled new online brands, aggregator integration, white-label services and seamless multi-channel customer service. Managed a complex and diverse delivery portfolio including new insurance offerings, repair centre systems, MID and insurer EDI integration, while achieving FCA accreditation. Built the delivery team with a mix of permanent, contract and partner out-sourced resources

Worked with scientists from AstraZeneca and The Wellcome Trust to design and build web-based analysis systems for the international Human Genome Project.
