During my career I have been working as CFO in various companies like FLEXA, KiMs, Sydbank, and I have also had the IT function as my responsibility.My tasks have been widely spread within financial management in international companies with sale of branded goods to many markets and with own production in both Denmark and abroad. My focus is on the business and optimization of operating results through effective reporting systems for identification of variances and afterwards implementation of actions for improvement. I have been through the full process with crisis management, restructure, growth and successful sale of company.I have been manager for teams up to 19 FTE based in 3 countries. As a manager I am delegating, but I am also very operational, and I participate actively in the creation of results in the Finance department.As a person, I am committed, loyal, curious and analytical, and I create good relationships within the organization.
