My role as a TSA is to work with and alongside the VIP Table Servers to meet any request, need or question the guest or client may have.I am responsible for the overall VIP table experience; From the Bottle Presentations, Table Aesthetics and its overall cleanliness. Ultimately, delivering a seamless service and a memorable and unforgettable experience. • Competently and successfully managing 4-8 Tables per shift.• Tables ranging in price anywhere from $1,500-$45,000.• I’m in continuous contact with all guests and company clients, therefore, I must maintain a fun, outgoing, approachable attitude and energy! Ultimately, elevating the VIP Table experiences.• My objective is to keep active engagement with all the table heads to establish a healthy rapport and correctly and efficiently anticipate any of their needs or wants, Securing long term customer loyalty.

As the Pool Attendant my duty was to maintain and uphold the companies Aquatic and Pool deck Procedures while cultivating and maintaining a seductive energy in the room. Military Policeman, United States Marine Corps (Jan 2009 – Jan 2014)As military policeman our objective was to maintain the overall safety and security of the installation and all its military members and guest.
