Senior Executive-Supply Chain Management
CurrentLead and manage the supply chain strategy and day-to-day operations for Wohlhaupter India’s Cutting Tools Business (WIPL).Continuously develop and implement improvements to make supply chain processes more efficient, with a focus on reducing lead times, cutting costs, and minimizing waste.Handle various operations activities, including purchasing, customs clearance, managing checklists with CHA, invoicing, and overseeing Capex Projects Billing, SEZ Billing, and PSU tenders.Participate in the entire process for GeM tenders, from submission through to billing execution.Manage all communication related to orders, purchases, and billing with S.C.A.M.I Italy, ensuring smooth coordination for repairs and return shipments.Work closely with the AMEC US and India teams to provide technical support and ensure operations run smoothly.Assist the Sales & Operations Teams with technical issues such as OS management, Office 365, security, and data handling.Regularly analyze data to identify areas where the supply chain can be optimized further.Oversee service operations, including providing spare part quotations, keeping customers updated on repair statuses, and helping the internal team with tool allocation and billing for services.Support marketing efforts by drafting templates, policies, and SOPs, and assisting in promoting tools and special offers when required.Prepare reports such as weekly quotation metrics, weekly sales data, weekly order booking metrics, and monthly/yearly sales data, providing the team with detailed analysis.Maintain clear and regular communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on supply chain matters.
