Digital Channels Area

• Led a team of seven people to deliver vital functionalities for an auto service machine. Remote towns’ Clients benefited so much, due to the impact this project had their lives, that these functionalities will be implemented in the auto service machines of the other 399 branches in the country. • The digitalisation was very important for BancoEstado because 11 million of clients use the bank’s Web Site and App, representing 50% of the market in Chile and placing it in third place in Latin America.• Led development projects for some functionalities using omni-channel digital architecture solution for the Web Site and Mobile App, such as Payment B2B Marketplace.• Coached the team members in adopting Agile methodology and empowered them to self-organise and to make their own decisions, such as the distribution of tasks.• Participated together with the Product Owner in the creation of business cases for the initiation of projects, defined project goals and conducted accurate capacity planning.• Collaborated with the scrum teams, agile leader and agile coach to formalise the common agile scrum framework in the company.• Performed task management, bug and issue tracking using tools like Jira or MS Planner for the project.• Identified risks, impediments and conflicts for discussion and facilitated their resolution urgently.

Marketing Area

• Managed the team in creating and maintaining functionalities of the B2B banking website; Cash Management, Finance Trade and Foreign Exchange, Supply Chain Finance (SCF). Directed the Electronics Funds Transfers (EFTs) project for retail banking customers.• Led the development and implementation of Supplier Payment B2B website for online confirming.• Performed maintenance and improvement of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Mobile channels of the retail banking and implemented the SMS service to inquire account balances.
