I oversaw the delivery of six SAP WM-LE configurations designed to enhance WM capabilities, improve supply chain activities and enhance logistics. I shaped SAP systems through actionable insights to integrate functions and boost automation throughout the manufacturing process. I applied WM/SD/MM knowledge to enhance outputs, verified alignment with QA protocols and utilised agile methodologies to drive project delivery. With a technical mindset, I prepared scenarios to test, led UAT, validate and launch new functions and designed end-to-end process flows for SAP LE-WM projects. In a collaborative environment, I interacted with cross-functional teams to navigate the go-live stage for EWM system implementation and integrated Production Supply Areas (PSA) into existing warehouse functions to optimise quality. I regularly engage with Master Data, Security, GTS, Finance, Production Planning, SD, MM and BASIS teams, depending on the project, to drive objectives and effortlessly complete technical requirements within deadlines.Some additional achievements include:- In collaboration with Deloitte, I led a transformational migration project in 2014 that moved operations from JD Edwards to SAP systems by designing parameters that support WM-LE processes and SAP configurations. - Connected with internal teams and PwC to coordinate the creation of two new distribution centres in India that included SAP configuration and customisable EDI for freight carriers, enriching WM procedures.- As the sole Business Analyst in Europe, I contributed to the technical SAP implementation for a new DHL warehouse that involved user acceptance tests and configuration to enrich end-user experiences.- I completely overhauled SAP RF and Fiori Mobile Applications for all Inbound, Outbound and Internal transactions, integrated ShipExec TM and ProcessWeaver TM systems within SAP for six warehouses as Process Owner and introduced a QR barcode labelling function for the Korean market.

With oversight over JDE platforms, I tested the functionality of systems to modify configurations and, through root-cause analysis, investigated day-to-day issues associated with sales orders, EDI, purchasing and accounts. As required, I maintained system stability and implemented changes to mitigate potential risks.

I supported 4 new WM distribution centers in JD Edwards by engaging with Business Analysts to drive customisable JDE warehouse applications, automate processes and strengthen WMS capabilities. Other responsibilities include day to day support of OTC and P2P workstreams, making code changes and report development.
