I set up and led the Technology and Innovation department. My focus was on the design and execution of the digital transformation strategy of the organisation. I set up a multi-skill, diverse and geographically dispersed Scrum team to develop new systems and integrate them with existing ones. I was responsible for the company's digital marketing strategy that supported the recruitment team with the sales targets. I was also accountable for revenue generation via online and direct sales. I exceeded the targets by increasing online traffic (organic and paid) significantly.A large part of my role was also technical. I led the redesign and development of the website, the blog and multiple landing pages to support the online marketing campaigns. I was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the website in seven different languages with the support of translators.I led the implementation and the adoption of the company's first CRM (Salesforce), its marketing automation tool (Pardot) and its integrations with the website.
