The i-become initiative was founded by Illumine Knowledge Lab with the vision to embed the contributor ideal in society and to help people realize their true potential. i-become is actually a way of living and thinking and it is built on the basic premise that the purpose of a working life is to evolve, to become, and to see one’s career as a journey of contribution, with the power to contribute in every role. Organizations seek and value contributors, since they are the ones who make a difference to any assignment.
