A big part of my job is to research and develop the market, and our value proposition through constant sparring with customers and the product/technical division. I made the first sales in the company. In the beginning we had no products to show so my job was to sell the idea and concept. I deal with two areas: Food Safety and Temperature as well as Indoor Climate.Through my research and customer interviews we have gained the necessary information to understand these target groups and this has lead to a specialized product and very good feedback from the customers.I focus on relationship building with the customers and it has resulted in great results and feedback:Customers told us, that what had been the best part og our solutions were my emails with interpretations of the data of the sensors, that showed malfunctions and irregularities with several of their machines. My "extra service" emails helped to develop a better value proposition, so we also sell the data and service of monitoring with sensors, and not only hardware and a unique online platform.

The main task was to develop sales and marketing performance, but I also handled many administrative tasks and B2B and B2C sales. Project manager for creating a new website and optimize online sales ie. through newsletter campaigns. It resulted in 70 % increase in online sales 2013-2014 and newsletter signups went from ~100 to ~1700 with great feedback from the customers.Personal selling in the shop, via phone and email. In my time I developed many good relationships with new and existing customers and increased their loyalty and turnover.Often the customers were very busy and there were 2-3 waiting, but I was good at always being friendly, patient and giving good service, and many clients appreciated that and recommended us to others.Project selling of cleaning machines and equipment for new sites/new companies that needed everything. Consultancy, offers, negotiation, delivery and after sales/follow up. Often with very tight deadlines so I cooperated closely with my colleagues to make it - and we had good success doing it.Working closely with my colleague, I analysed and implemented several LEAN changes to improve customer satisfaction as well as improve the cash flow.We revised the whole company to cut costs and streamline procedures, which meant ~40 % less on salary, faster delivery and 10 % saved on costs. Sales increased 5-10 % and profit margin the same. All done "while" handling sales, marketing and other projects, but the results were very satisfactory.
