My main goal is to make sure everything runs perfectly, there is a certain level of satisfaction in keeping the workflow smooth and bumpless, I am in charge of the nitty-gritty tasks at the office, I can say that my work is doing what nobody sees but vitally important, making budgets, dealing with providers, Human Resources, legal affairs, overall handling internal business administrative tasks. I am very grateful that every day is different from the one before, and so blessed for every single learning opportunity I’ve been given. It has been the greatest experience so far because at every turn I can appreciate the awesome team we are today. We are more like a family and work as a single unit. I feel at home and cherished, and that alone makes me want to reciprocate not only to the company but also to the amazing people that I get to work with. What keeps me going is my desire to grow, it drives me to continually rediscover more about myself and how I can bring more to the table. Even though I'm not on the creative side, I enjoy drawing, writing poems, and occasionally short stories, taking photographs, singing, and watching documentaries. I'm a sucker for romantic novels and learning new languages. Right now I am learning German it is a challenge but it makes me happy.
