With over 25 years of experience in Federal IT consulting, I've had the privilege of working with numerous agencies on everything from post-9/11 military readiness to air/water quality dissemination (BP Oil Spill, Sandy, etc.) to patient safety at the NIH Clinical Center to COVID data analysis, and much more. During this time, my primary goal has always been to provide impactful solutions that help my customers help their customers - be it citizens, patients, soldiers, researchers, etc.While the majority of my time is focused on ensuring customer, employee, and company success, I make it a point to understand why we are performing the work we do. Technical solutions solve non-technical problems, and it is important to me that we know the reasons behind why we build the systems we build. The understanding of mission and ultimate objective is what drives me.My specialties include a mix of management and business development expertise, including IT portfolio delivery, business development, program management, proposal writing, financial management, personnel, and the federal contracting process.
