- Contributing to the planning and development of the project. - Provide support to the Project Manager by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. - Arranging meetings that includes the Project Manager and VIP Clients. - Acts as a liaison between the customer and Project Manager to ensure project success. - Perform tasks required by the Project Manager in support of project needs. - Report to the Project Manager for all issues. - Be capable of short term coverage for the project in the event of Project Manager vacations or absences. - Ensure the continuity and efficiency of each member in the team from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. - Research information to support team members as needed. - Review project information and compile schedules in a timely manner. - Address questions/concerns throughout the project. - Responsible to track project changes and produces updated schedules. - Ensure all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims systems. - File all project documents appropriately (hard and soft copies).- Prepare and/or edit internal scopes of work, estimates, budgets, letters, faxes, memos and emails. - Ensure the invoicing and payment process is completed accurately. - Assists project with both customer and distributors communication and interactions. - Submit any required information to the client as directed by the Project Manager. - Manage documentation of the company brand portfolio and the offline materials , including naming, designing, and the visual assets. - Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public. - Tracking of team schedule, attendance and deductions. - Responsible of the project payroll. - Handling internal issues within the team.

* Inventory Control:-------------------- - Monthly itemizing list and report of goods in golf store in stock. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Administration: -------------------- - Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re- directing calls as required and dealing with email enquiries. - Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as as signed. - Assist colleagues whenever necessary. General office management. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Memberships Management: -------------------- - Updates and distributes information to current members as well as prospective members. - Manage membership’s database. - Develop regular mechanisms for providing excellent customer service to existing corporate partners and relationship building with prospective partners to ensure members are satisfied. - Initiate internal communications, including email blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits, etc. - Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective members, members, directors, and others. - Assist in creating and updating membership and marketing materials, including letters, flyers for upcoming events, welcome packets, fact sheets, directories, surveys, and others.

- Communicating with customers through various channels. - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. - Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
