I was Core Member of Founding Team of Meatcraft.in .Meatcraft.in was launched by K L Foods Private Limited , One of the largest Meat Supplier of Delhi.I was given the target to successfully launch the eCommerce portal of the company which i achieved within a month of joining. In Zappfresh.com(Leading Fresh meat delivery platform) I was ASM-DelhiNcr, managing all hub's operations of All 15 outlets of Delhi-NCR.My main tasks here were new outlet opening, Inventory Management planning, Stock forecasting for NCR, Waste Reduction, Last Mile Delivery, Maintain TAT, OTD, OFD, Product/Hub Quality Management, Sales Planing, Hiring and training hub Staff, Indenting for all hubs, Outdoor Promotional Activity, Outdoor sales Events, Delivery Route Planing, Customer complaint escalations etc.I was managing operations manpower of 60 people in Zappfresh.

Leading the New Startup called "Vendortrade.com" from Posist Technologies Pvt. Ltd.Vendortrade is a B2B on deemand raw material supplier to HoReCa(Hotel, Restaurants, Catering) Industry.Vendortrade has supplied vegetables, Nonveg, Dairy products, Grocery & other items to more than 50 restaurants clients in Delhi NCR.I lead & managed business of more than 1cr at Vendortrade. I was responsible here for Business Planning, Market research,Strategic planning, business development, Leading operations, Supply chain, Staffing, Procurement & Pricing, Vendor & Client Relations, Product Development & other key roles.Worked under the top leadership of Mr. Ashish Tulsian(Founder& CEO Posist & Vendortrade).

Sevaaa.com was one of the 1st Grocery E commerce company supplying wide range of Groceries,Personal care, Vegetables, Dairy & other 1500+ FMCG products.Launched in 2013 by me in South Delhi & later expanded its services in all parts of Delhi within 3 months providing fast delivery of same day or within 24 hours. Within 1 year of its operation its expended its operations in other parts of NCR.As a founder of early startup i was bound to do everything it takes to make a company successful. My first interaction with Entrepreneurship.I was still in college and wanted to do something different from others.I developed an entertainment website in my 2nd year of B.Tech for the purpose of sharing movies links, Page3 News, Latest Videos & Mp3 Songs, Wallpapers etc.The site got very popular as this was very active site providing latest movies links first on internet and without any ad popups. It was my first stint as Entrepreneur was very satisfying to me as i got encouragement from all my college friends.
