• Designing and implementing strategies, budgets and IT solutions for meeting organizational requirements and growing business needs and implementing need based suitable technologies aligned with business• Recommending measures to improve the costs, analysing the change impact and create & implement the change management strategy with a structured methodology and handling IT Operations involving Program Management, Service Management• Creating actionable deliverables for the change management levers including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, vision statement, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and maintaining momentum• Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments• Improving operational systems, processes & policies in support of organization’s mission, assisting in better management reporting, information flow & management, business process and organizational planning• Accountable for developing all change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, analysis and participation, preparing and executing readiness tests, establishing points of resistance• Assessing existing Processes and accordingly designing and implementing measures aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency and organizational effectiveness• Managing entire gamut of functions including IT Service Management and Technical Support, Project Management and Process Excellence with organizations across the service industry• Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, service delivery and SLAs and handling IT operations involving program management, service management, and infrastructure management for products/projects• Planning all change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, analysis and participation, preparing and executing readiness tests.
