• Responsibility for management of $180 million diversified Sub Saharan African portfolio • Assisting management teams in fastidious execution on business plans in bilateral and consortium deals, including a US$ 633 million asset in Sub-Saharan Africa. • Distinguished portfolio management work includes deliberate, impactful contributions to my team on management of $80 million consortium healthcare and FMCG investments• Design and thought-leadership on macro investment themes and corporate investment cases for a range of opportunities including tech and consumer retail. • Articulate and eloquent synthesis of personal and team ideas for persuasive investment cases made to decision-making committees in deployment of CAPE IV Fund (~US$ 600 million fund). • Key success indicators include successful delivery of powerful investment proposals which secured aggregate investment approval of ~$100 million• Demonstrated extensive leadership skills and relationship pool through sourcing of over $50 million worth of deals spanning technology, retail and real estate • Driven value through high-quality, strategic contributions in operational improvements saving ~$6 million across assets.

• Evaluated companies in the Technology & Energy sector for investments in the range of $150k - $1m.• Acted as financial consultant to a 190MMscf/d Modular Gas Processing company in final fundraise to commercial gas operation• Managed $1.3mn investment in portfolio company oversight and information sourcing through leveraging relationships with heads of functions in portfolio company• Improved financial reporting in investee companies, demonstrated through resourceful improvement's to the quality of financial reporting toolkit of one portfolio company by singling out key risk metrics to business for reporting. • Financial analysis for another portfolio company was foundational to management’s decision to raise an additional $2.6 million in investment which became key to bridging a macro-induced funding crunch • Team-lead on preparation of all investment documentation for portfolio company in the successful $4 million (N 20bn) capital raise from a host of local and international investors, including a global investment manager with AUM in excess of US$4 trillion.

• Pitch book preparation for a range of clients spanning the banking, consumer goods, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries • Contributed to the US$1.4 billion consolidation of LaFarge’s investments in cement manufacturing companies in Nigeria into one entity, Lafarge Africa Plc, by way of transfer of its interests in LSAH, AshakaCem, Atlas and WAPCO • Lead-analyst roles modelling two-tier capital raising and debt restructuring transactions, including a US$14 million investment in a leading Nigerian Pharmaceutical manufacturer by an Africa-focused Private Equity funds
