1. Design of plumbing, electrical and HVAC services for new projects as well as refurbished ones with specific emphasis laid upon energy consumption, safety of the end users and with minimal environmental impact.2. Ensure that all the installations are carried out as per norms and through close supervision of the construction sites.3. Carrying out estimates of the proposed installation along with preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.4. Attend design and coordination meetings with all the actors of a said development including client/promoter, project manager, architect, structural engineer and contractors.5. Liaising with the local authorities in view of obtaining the relevant clearances and permanent services on site.6. Working in close collaboration with specialised local and international consultants for additional expertise in specific areas.
