Fundraised, launched, developed a Full Stack Web Developer curriculum, and taught for the (boot) Coding School program of Code RGV a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All of the curriculum has been recorded will be available online at the conclusion of the program for other non-profits, public schools, and developers to use.In addition to the curriculum, I built a couple of monitoring tools to ensure student progress: * boot-bot-irc: a bot that monitors user's interaction with IRC channels and reports to keen-io * github-spy: a monitoring service that reviews user's interaction on Github and reports to keen-io

Founded alongside 3 other community members in the interest of providing hands on experience and training with the technology that is used in the industry. Responsibilities include being Chairman of the board, vision and management of the company, developing funding and partnership opportunities, and managing the Code#RGV Academy and its volunteer teachers. Formation of a non-profit corporation and application of 501(c)(3) exemption status.

Worked in the Google Photos team to develop an online photo editing software. My internship was extended at the request of my team (a rare occasion). My role consisted of designing the system architecture, providing sensible timelines, and collaboration between local and remote teams to accomplish goals. Today, my code is still being used by millions of users online.

Created Cametrics, a citizen campaign data analytics engine platform. Utilizing Google App Engine and optimizing code to run within (at the time) compute quotas. Mobile citizen campaign developers benefited from GPS tracking and summary, data computations, and image service.Mentored 15 students in nearby high schools. Taught Python, JavaScript, and mobile app development. Students cloned GuitarHero and created mobile app games and tools.

Developed a distant learning tool that allows students the opportunity to access Laboratory experiments online. Employed C, ActionScript, PHP, and reverse engineering techniques to device the tool.

Developed a new Networked Info-Mechanical System (NIMS) that weighs under 50 lbs, collects data across a 50 ft transect by 10 ft depth, and can be collapsed and place in a standard backpack.
