Coordinate vision casting and volunteer initiatives for all children’s ministry activities covering newborns through 5th grade while also providing needed support to ministries and pastors encompassing youth to college demographics. Handle project management operations for special events and engagements, as well as operations for weekly services. Represent all ministry-focused interests in management and administrative meetings, and act as liaison between the children’s ministry and the other staff members within the church. Hold additional responsibilities as a curriculum and schedule coordinator for all Sunday services. -Administer the volunteer program and direct, as well as equip, over 150 volunteers. -Facilitate the vision of the Senior Pastor and Children’s Pastor with the preparation of the weekly services and team meetings regarding future events, budgeting, follow up with families, and protocols implemented.-Work as a liaison between staff members and the children’s ministry team. -Communicate with other departments within the organization on a daily basis about events and projects that we have to work together on. -Coordinate community outreach initiatives each season with attendance of over 800 attendees.-Execute a Summer Camp for elementary children and disadvantaged youths, supervise and equip volunteer staff with over 200 in attendance.-Develop the budget and vision plans for the fiscal year for all of Next Generation Children’s Ministries.-Created and implemented new volunteer positions that have increased volunteer participation in particular services by 100% over the last two years.
