• Coordonner les travaux visant la mise en place et la gestion du programme de gestion de la sécurité de l’information (PGSI) à Retraite Québec, conformément à la norme ISO 27002, au référentiel NIST et au référentiel COBIT;• Proposer les mécanismes de gouvernance et définir les processus de gestion appropriés au contexte de Retraite Québec en matière de sécurité de l’information;• Soutenir son gestionnaire dans l’exercice de ses fonctions auprès du Chef de la sécurité de l’information organisationnelle (CSIO), ainsi que des détenteurs de l’information;• Agir comme porteur des besoins organisationnels en matière de sécurité de l’information. Le champ d’intervention concerne la sécurité de l’information au sens large et ne se limite pas à la sécurité numérique;• Interagir avec les unités responsables des stratégies et des risques organisationnels ainsi qu’avec les unités d’affaires à définir les exigences de l’organisation en matière de sécurité de l’information et assurer la transmission de ces exigences en exerçant un rôle-conseil auprès des analystes d’affaires, des architectes de solutions, des équipes de projets, des équipes de développement et des unités opérationnelles;• Participer aux stratégies d’intervention en gestion des risques;• Évaluer l’efficacité des mesures de sécurité en place et proposer des ajustements; • Participer à l’élaboration des activités de sensibilisation et de formation auprès du personnel du Ministère; • Assurer le maintien d’une stratégie de veille en matière de sécurité de l’information au Ministère.• Assurer que l’organisation se dote de mesures de sécurité adéquates en fonction des risques potentiels et de leurs impacts afin de garantir la disponibilité, l’intégrité et la confidentialité de l’information.
