*Develops the Company’s vision and mission statements, ensures that such statements are communicated to and understood by all employees, reviews the vision and mission statements, and ensures that changes are made to each, as needed.*Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with government entities and the general public entities.*Lead the development of the organization’s long and short-term strategies.*Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization.*Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.*Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.*Act as a strategic advisor offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals that the corporation may enter into.*Overseeing staff operations, business planning, and budget development*Planning, directing, and setting the strategic direction of the creative services marketing program*Developing and maintaining relationships with agencies, vendors and customers*Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all members of staff. *Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
