- Lead & Implement Vendor Experience projects in the country: QA team, Returns, Drop-off experience, Product Quality, and Vendor payments.- Manage a team of 4 experienced operators to deliver better operational performance and a better experience across all the KPIs and related topics "Return rate, Quality return rate, 5S, and Overall vendors performance".- Work on various Marketplace projects with other departments to solve vendor Issues (Commercial - Operations "Content, CS, and CXP" - JUMIA Services " Logistics, Warehouse, and After Sales" ).- Lead Vendor operations committee with the department heads to ensure a great experience for our vendors.

- Daily follow-up with the QA team on all FM hubs, After-sales, warehouse (main & fashion), pickup fleet, and Salesforce cases- Following up on the overall quality return rate and the return rate of sellers and checking sample products of sellers with high return rates to decrease the customer issues as much as possible. - Weekly & Monthly reports for the FM Hubs, After-sales, Warehouses, pickup-fleet, and the house rule implementation with more analysis and action plans- Daily follow-up with Departments and Return to customer projects to Clear all orders daily without any backlog. High quality fully required information and get all feedback to make the right decision and follow up with all cases needed for the investigation and solve it.- Responsible for emails and escalations related to product quality or counterfeit cases that come from Vendore service and vendor experience and also from the commercial teams.- Presenting problems related to quality and research, finding an ideal solution to problems, and exchanging notes with all quality control agents to improve the quality control process.

- Lead Quality assurance and Quality check Team members.- Lead 15 hubs, Jumia food, After sales, warehouse (main & fashion) and pickup-fleet- Created a QC Guideline refreshment for the QC agents to avoid some common mistakes that we noticed during our visits to the hubs- Giving continuous training to all QC agents in First mile hubs, Fashion, and main warehouses, after-sales, and updating them with the new rules.- Creating new strategies to improve the QA performance; training the QA members on the QC Guideline and helping them to improve their performance.
