Leading Agile – DevOps transformation for standard operation teams and services, to achieve Vodafone Group strategy and latest technologies worldwide by conducting a comprehensive evaluation for all teams, set achievable and tailored transformation plan.Leading Operation Engineering by in-house automation for multiple manual daily tasks to increase service readiness, reduce human errors, increase team efficiency, and increase team technical capabilities.My responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Lead DevOps engineers to test and examine the deployment packages before pushing it to Pre-Prod & Prod environments.• Identify development technical problems and governate issue resolution process• Perform E2E service governance to increase customer satisfaction • Analyze Production issues and prioritize resolution based on customer experience and company’s profit impact• Engage in service enhancement projects and involve in project decisions board• Upskill and reskill team as a part of the transformation strategy from standard operation mindset to Agile/DevOps by conducting both recent technologies training (DevOps, SRE, NodeJS)• Align with the cybersecurity team to ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
