• Spearheads the advancement and execution of BOMA’s Vision, Mission, and Values, ensuring clear articulation in daily operations partners, collaborators, and participants.• Provides direct supervision, mentorship, monitoring to Township-Moyale SEED Youth REAP program Participants, ensuring timely execution of SEED activity implementation within budget and agreed targets.• Orchestrates the oversight and coordination of Program activities, encompassing grant distributions, training sessions, and the establishment of Business groups and savings groups in my location.• Directs and participate in community entry and participatory targeting processes in my targeted location to identify and verify a pool of qualifying REAP participants.• Coordinates with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure timely and quality targeting verification, collection of baselines and end-line data, and monitor activities using digital technology.• Conducts daily Monitoring and mentorship of REAP for Youth businesses to maintain consistent program quality.• Represents BOMA in ward meetings with partners, including the Government and the donor in Moyale, fostering effective collaboration.• Drafting reports on business performance to inform on program progress.
