My professional experience has been in the area of research, business and technology support, and knowledge transfer in the private, academic, developmental and humanitarian sector. I have a very strong background of field work in areas of data collection, supervisory field support and capacity building of field workers, implementation of programs, record keeping, reporting, advocacy and supporting of the beneficiaries, most especially in the northern part of Nigeria.I have collaborative spirit and ability to work independently as well as in a team; commitment to knowledge sharing and teamwork; positive attitude and ability to see through challenges to find solutions; strong interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly communicate, including complex concepts into layperson language; ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and coach and mentor junior staff; high comfort level working in a diverse environment with a demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards; ability to design and set up systems and structures for smooth implementation of complex and sensitive programs in hard to reach environments.I pay attention to details and have ability to initiate a project and follow it through to conclusion.
