Responsibilities:• Manage sales operations from the supermarket till customer home.• Provide technical assistance by preparing excel trackers for the Supermarket operations (Sales and procurement).• Communicate with the logistic department to ensure that the goods reach the customer's house in the right time manner.• Schedule professional internal and external meetings with clients and vendors.• Carry out an inventory of goods inside the Supermarket and warehouse.• Liaise with other departments managers to ensure providing effective service and well communication with customers.• Share with customers the numbers and addresses of the store's maintenance centers.• Monitor management team in the audit including the review of documents and transactions of the supermarket and warehouse.

Responsibilities:• Input data such as staff personal information and specific materials information into Excel.• Summarize financial status by collected information.• Prepare balance sheet, profit/loss statement, and other reports.• Audit documents and transactions.• Secure financial information by database backups.• Prepare payments for verified documents and requested disbursements.• Maintain professional and technical skills by attending educational workshops.
