-Promotes Oil , Gas and Petrochemical investments in Egypt and through out Gulf and Arabian Regions. -Trading of LNG , Gas , and gas derivatives including NGL , Ethan , propane ,Ethylene , p-propylene, Methanol , MTO and fertilizers- Gas connections & distribution projects to housing , industrial centrers and Vehicles conversions from Gasoline to Natural gas - Implementing Power , Water , Steam and industrial Gas projects -Representative of various international oil ,gas and petrochemical companies - Investing in the JV's of multinational companies in Egypt and outside Egypt

I was the first LNG Chairman for Train 2 of Egyptain LNG until I resigned in jnauary 2012. The company delivers 3.2 million tons per annum of LNG through a long term contract . I participated in the SPA negotiations and Upstream amendments along with development of the various project agreements . I was also involved in the Project Finaincing of the two LNG trains raising $1.8 billions .

I led Egyptian team to renegotiate two LNG Contracts which resulted in improving price and other Terms and conditions of the two contracts

Chairman and Managing Director for the Pharaonic Petroleum Company , a newly formed upstream . My duties included establish this new Joint Venture company between Bp, Eni and EGAS. Initially the company was responsible for operating three Bp/ Eni large offshore gas fields in the Mediterranean Sea and an onshore Gas Processing Plant at Port Said with total capacity of around 600 mmscfd. My responsibilities also included executing 4 major projects with a total cost of $ 1.2 billion for development of the existing and new discovered gas fields along with expanding onshore processing plant to increase capacity to 800 mmscfd. Establishing company headquarter, developing all company polices and procedures, recruitment of a national and expates organization of over than 500 staff, with skills necessary to be a Show Case for gas operations in Egypt.

Chairman and Managing Director of UGDC, a world class NGL Plant in Egypt, with a 1100 mmscfd capacity and producing 350,000 ton/year propane for export to international markets , 300,000 ton/year LPG and 1.8 millions bbls/y condensate for local consumption. The company is a multinational between Bp , ENI and GASCO with a total investment of $ 485 millions and 400 employees. My role was to manage all company activities and represents company before and all authorities as well as negotiations of the NGL sales contracts and other contracts. I was also responsible to preside at all meeting of the Board of Directors and Shareholders. I have led the company to win first place safety award from American Gas Processors Association (GPA) on March 2008 and achieved record production and revenue since company inspection with total production of about 850,000 ton/y and revenue of $426 millions in 2007.
