With more than 25 years of experience in project management, Ibrahim Albao has worked on implementing many projects inside and outside Jordan. Ibrahim believes in using project management practices to re-engineer processes and help businesses become innovative and reach their business goals. Therefore, during his work as an IT Director and Organization Development Manager, he helped one of Saudi Arabia’s biggest companies increase its market share and improve its existing processes. In addition to holding senior project management roles, he also started his career as a management consultant in leading consultancy firms like Deloitte & Touche and Accenture, which gave him a strong base when it comes to understanding the market, developing business processes, and recommending improvements.
