Main roles: -- Leading the Regional Projects oversee and support Unit, VRO- Managing Sharqia Region performance Project (SRP)- Assisting the enablement unit to effectively engage the stakeholders on relevant projects- Reporting the status of regional projects and entities’ performance to HRH prince of eastern province & HRH deputy prince of eastern province quarterly.Main achievements: -- Publishing Sharqia region performance program (SRP) to manage and oversee projects across the Eastern province and align with the stakeholders.- Building & activating a communication plan of +45 main government entities- Hosting & leading a committee of the main stakeholders in the eastern province to accelerate the implementation ofthe initiatives and projects.- Creating & applying a change management plan for 18 main governmental entities to ensure that their mega projects that are executed in the Eastern province are aligned with the region’s vision.- Leading the journey of unifying the methodology of calculating project status to ensure that it is applied correctly.
