1-Working as part of a team to establish and launch the following:-SAFF new Identity, successfully circulating the new logo to allnews outlets and Government organizations.-SAFF Mascot, formulating and distributing of surveys toexplore the likelihood of the macot designs-Fan Delight Index (FDI), main point of contact & identifying themain pillers of the index based on public view.-SAFF New Website, successfully launching the website, settingthe website outline.-SAFF Merchandising, Formulating a new line of SAFFproducts by bench-marking on best practices.2- Lead the Public Relations Team in the following:-South West Asian Football Federation, communicating withseveral Asian federations to attend the opening meeting andarranging accommodation, logistics and venue.-2018 World Cup in Moscow, Inviting member federations toIftar and preparing logistics.3- Responsible for other programs and policies:-Formulating gift giveaway policies for SAFF guests.-Formulating a Public Relations plan for the Saudi NationalTeam overseas camps-Communicating with international companies to producehigh quality products for the Saudi National team and Fancheering products
